How will movement performance and physiotherapy help me?

Using a movement first approach we determine if you are moving well.  We will identify the movements that need to be corrected, develop a plan and provide an environment to improve.  The environment will include exercise, movement performance, education and manual orthopedic physiotherapy

Manual Orthopedic Physiotherapy is the hands on approach to improve tissue and joint mobility that is reinforced through movement.
