Cash Based Physiotherapy

Cashed Based Physiotherapy is for a patient who does not want to deal with insurance at all and wants direct assess to care without limitations.  The current rate for Cashed Based Physiotherapy is $125 per 60  minute session with Dr. Alderman.

Patient Advocacy Program

Patient Concierge MD Visit

Patient Concierge MD Visits are to provide additional patient advocacy services to discuss your concerns, your questions, your goals.  Dr. Alderman will travel and meet with you and your MD to discuss, review and develop a Plan of Care. 

The rate for this service is $50 per 30 minutes, this includes travel time from Sisu Physiotherapy office in Vint Hill (Warrenton), time spent in your MD office advocating and the return travel time back to the Sisu Physiotherapy office.  This is a Cash ONLY service paid at time of service in full and will be un-reimbursable to patients from their insurance policy.  For more information see Patient Advocacy Program Policy, click here.

On-site Performance Intramuscular Stimulation

This is a remote service that is provided through Oss Physio in the facility setting (gyms, studios, tournaments).  This service includes a 20 minute Performance Intramuscular Stimulation (Trigger Point Dry Needling) session that includes:

  • Functional Assessment
  • Performance Intramuscular Stimulation
  • Manual Orthopedic Physiotherapy
  • Corrective Exercises
  • Functional Movement

This service is designed for the Athletic/Active population who participate in travel sports, CrossFit, high level competition (dance, ballet, gymnastics), and gym members.  We would travel to your facility and set up  a mobile table to provide treatment to your athletes/members.  The fee for this service is $60 per 20 minutes of treatment.  This service is Cash Only. Payment is taken by Credit Card Only*****
