Movement Performance
Movement Performance
Movement Performance is focused on improving the way the body interacts with its environment during life activities and sport activities. This is achieved through the integration of:
- Manual Orthopedic Physiotherapy Table Treatments
- Corrective Exercises
- Functional Movement Training (Sport or Daily Activities)

Corrective Exercise
These are exercises that are chosen specifically to address the imbalance findings identified during your assessment.
- Muscular Recruitment Imbalances
- Muscular Strength Imbalances
- Muscular Endurance Imbalances

Sport Activities
These movements are required for sports performance during pre-season training, in-season training and event execution. Examples could include:
- what does the body do at mile 20 of a marathon
- how is the shoulder girdle moving during a pitch
- what are the ankles doing during a deadlift
Daily Activities
These are movements that you make everyday to live your lives. Examples could include:
- standing from a chair
- picking up a sock from the floor
- putting away the dishes
- tying your shoes
