    To allow for direct SMS(text) communications between you “the patient” and us “Sisu Physiotherapy PLLC” we follow the new 10DLC standards.  To uses SMS communications we require prior express written consent. Consent may occur in the following ways: 

    • Filling out and submitting a Contact us Form on the Website “www.sisuphysio.com”
    • Initiating contact with Sisu Physiotherapy by sending a SMS message requesting an appointment or consultation.
    • Reading and signing patient intake paper work that includes Communications Policy and Preferences and Opting-In/Opt-Out to receive SMS communications.

    To opt-out of receiving SMS communications you may respond to any SMS communication with “Replay STOP to unsubscribe” or a written request to Stop receiving SMS communications provided to Sisu Physiotherapy.
